MAKE YOUR WELLNESS A PRIORITY

The Dr. Reza Transformation Program™
Understanding Your Health. Identifying the Obstacles. Creating Your Personalized Strategy.
The Dr. Reza Transformation Program™ is a comprehensive, six-month personalized health transformation program designed for individuals who are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms and gain a deeper understanding of the underlying factors influencing how their body functions.
Built upon The Dr. Reza Wellness Method™, the program integrates comprehensive assessment, functional laboratory analysis, personalized nutrition, professional whole-food nutritional support, private coaching with Dr. Reza, and follow-up testing to create a targeted strategy guided by your unique biological profile.
Rather than relying on isolated tests or standardized protocols, we synthesize multiple sources of health information to develop a more complete picture of your overall health and use those insights to guide your individualized strategy.
Comprehensive Assessment
The purpose of measurement is not simply to collect data. It is to create a foundation for understanding.
Your body communicates through a complex network of signals—your symptoms, daily experiences, health history, lifestyle patterns, and measurable biological markers. By bringing these diverse sources of information together, we establish a comprehensive baseline of your current health and pinpoint the key obstacles impacting how you feel and function.
Your Transformation Program includes the following eight components:
1. Symptom Survey Questionnaire
You will complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering more than 200 symptoms. This detailed assessment provides valuable insight into how different systems may be functioning and helps identify patterns that may require further evaluation.
The questionnaire explores areas including energy and vitality, digestion, sleep, stress response, metabolism, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
Your responses also help guide the selection of customized blood panels across relevant health categories, which may include cardiovascular function, liver and biliary function, sugar handling, digestion, and thyroid and adrenal patterns. This information provides an important starting point for your individualized assessment.
2. Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis
Our Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis goes beyond the standard annual blood test you may receive during a routine medical visit. Standard laboratory reports typically flag results as “high” or “low” when they fall outside the laboratory's established reference range. These ranges are particularly useful for identifying values that may indicate an established disease process or require further medical evaluation.
The Dr. Reza Wellness Method™ looks at blood chemistry through an additional functional lens. Rather than asking only whether an individual value falls within the standard laboratory range, we evaluate patterns across multiple markers and compare them with narrower optimal ranges, along with your symptoms, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and overall health history.
Consider fasting insulin as an example.
The Standard View: If your Fasting Insulin from LabCorp shows 12.0 uIU/mL, a Conventional practitioner will mark it as "Normal" because it falls within the standard labCorp reference range (2.0 – 19.6 uIU/mL). No action is taken until the value spikes high enough to cross the threshold into disease.
The Functional View: At 12.0 uIU/mL, a functional practitioner mark it as "Abnormal" because it doesn’t falls within the optimal reference range (2.0 – 5.0 uIU/mL) since his goal is not to wait until the body reaches a disease threshold, he evaluated with other markers such as fasting glucose, HbA1c, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol, symptoms, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle factors, which may reveal early patterns of metabolic imbalance before it progresses to Type 2 diabetes.
The difference is important, we are not interpreting your health from one isolated number or simply waiting for a value to be flagged high or low. We are looking for patterns that may help us recognize areas of concern earlier and determine where additional attention may be appropriate.
3. Salivary Hormone Assessment
Why Add Saliva Testing if You Already Have Blood Testing?
The answer is that blood and saliva testing can provide different information about hormonal physiology.
Blood testing is commonly used to evaluate circulating hormone levels and is particularly valuable for thyroid hormones, peptide hormones, and broader metabolic assessment. Salivary testing, on the other hand, can be useful for evaluating free, bioavailable steroid hormones and for observing how certain hormone patterns change throughout the day.
One of its most useful applications is evaluating the daily cortisol rhythm. Rather than relying on a single measurement taken at one point in time, saliva samples can be collected at different times throughout the day to provide a picture of how cortisol levels rise and fall.
Salivary assessment may also be used to evaluate other steroid hormones, including estrogen and testosterone, depending on the individual's needs.
In simple terms, blood and saliva testing are not necessarily duplicates—they can provide complementary information. When used appropriately and interpreted alongside your symptoms and other findings, each contributes a different piece to the overall picture.
4. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
Why Add HTMA if You Already Have Blood and Saliva Testing?
While blood and saliva tests offer critical insights, the key difference lies in the type of information provided and the timeframe evaluated.
-
Blood Testing — A Real-Time Snapshot: Blood tests reflect the concentration of circulating minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, at the time your sample is drawn. However, circulating levels don't always reveal longer-term mineral patterns.
-
Hair Testing — A Longer-Term Perspective: Because hair grows gradually, it incorporates measurable amounts of minerals over time. Analyzing a sample collected close to the scalp provides a broader look at mineral patterns over the preceding 2–3 months.
What HTMA Evaluates
-
Mineral Levels & Ratios: Assesses key minerals—including calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium—and their relationships and ratios as part of your broader functional assessment.
-
Longer-Term Trends: Provides insight into longer-term mineral patterns that a single blood sample may not capture.
-
Heavy & Toxic Metals: Identifies measurable toxic elements that may warrant further investigation alongside your health history and other findings.
In this way, blood, saliva, and hair testing are not redundant. Each provides a different perspective, and together they help us develop a more complete picture of your individual health patterns.
5. Personalized Diet Plan
Your personalized dietary strategy is built around Dr. Reza's Signature Metabolic Typing Framework and tailored to your body's unique biochemistry using information from your comprehensive laboratory panels and clinical assessment.
While conventional care may not always emphasize the foundational role of nutrition, functional medicine recognizes nutrition as an important component of health. Modern nutritional genomics has also expanded our understanding of how dietary choices can influence gene expression and biological pathways related to health. Your personalized strategy uses these principles to support healthy cellular function and long-term vitality.
How Our Strategy Works :
Rather than beginning with a generic list of foods you should eat, we first identify foods that may be least compatible with your individual constitutional and metabolic patterns. These become your personalized Avoid Food List.
Everything not on your Avoid Food List remains available as part of your nutritional choices. For example, if pinto beans appear on your Avoid Food List, it does not mean that all beans are off-limits. Other varieties, such as red or white beans, may remain appropriate for your individual physiology.
Through metabolic typing and comprehensive assessment, we identify your bio-individual dietary triggers and establish an individualized balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates designed to support metabolic function, cellular energy, and your long-term health goals.
The goal is not to place you on another restrictive diet. It is to establish a practical, sustainable nutritional strategy designed specifically for your body.
6. Whole-Food Nutritional Supplements
Your program includes a complimentary three-month supply of professional whole-food nutritional supplements from Standard Process®, a company with a long-standing commitment to whole-food nutrition. Standard Process® grows the great majority of the raw plant ingredients used in its products on its own certified-organic farm, with an emphasis on preserving the nutritional complexity of those ingredients from soil to supplement.
Why Whole-Food Nutritional Supplements?
Unlike supplements formulated primarily with isolated or synthetic vitamins and minerals, whole-food-based formulations incorporate concentrated food ingredients containing a broader matrix of naturally occurring nutritional compounds, including accompanying phytonutrients, trace compounds, and other components naturally present in food.
Consider carrots and Vitamin A as an example. Carrots naturally provide beta-carotene and other carotenoids that the body can convert to vitamin A, together with the broader nutritional matrix naturally present in the whole food. An isolated vitamin A supplement, by comparison, provides a specific form of vitamin A without that same naturally occurring food matrix. This whole-food approach allows nutritional support to extend beyond individual isolated nutrients by incorporating the broader nutritional complexity naturally present in food-based ingredients.
A Protocol Designed Specifically for You
Your supplements are selected specifically for you based on your clinical assessment findings and are designed to complement—not replace—your personalized dietary strategy. Depending on your individual needs, your customized protocol may also incorporate specialized glandular and tissue concentrates, such as liver, kidney, or adrenal tissue. These provide naturally occurring nutritional compounds, including peptides and nucleotides, that are not typically present in conventional isolated vitamin and mineral formulations.
7. Private Coaching with Dr. Reza
Your program includes six private, 60-minute online coaching sessions with Dr. Reza.

Follow-up laboratory testing allows Dr. Reza to compare your updated biological markers with your initial results, providing an objective evaluation of how your body is responding to your personalized strategy.
Scheduled Follow-Up Assessments
-
Repeat Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis: Conducted approximately six months after your initial assessment to evaluate measurable progress in key metabolic and systemic markers.
-
Repeat Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) or Salivary Hormone Assessment: Conducted approximately three to four months after your initial assessment, when clinically indicated, to reassess mineral patterns and relationships, toxic-element patterns, or hormonal balance.
By comparing these follow-up results with your original findings, Dr. Reza can identify measurable progress, recognize areas requiring continued attention, and make appropriate adjustments to further refine your personalized care plan.
